Sea Bass Ceviche Recipe

Sea Bass Ceviche Recipe

In this recipe we bring a something typical of Latin America, they say that its main origin is in the country of Peru, it is a recipe where seafood and fish are used mainly which we marinate in citrus fruits and add other ingredients, the lemon has an acid which when marinating fish can be said to 'cook' the protein with this acid it contains. This dish also contains red onion, coriander and roasted corn.

Ingredients to make Sea Bass Ceviche:

5 fillets of sea bass or snook

 120 grams of roasted corn

 2 units of red onion

6 units of Lemons or limes

 2 medium avocado units

 20 grams of fresh coriander

300 grams of packaged green bananas

1 pinch of chilli peppers or chili

 1 pinch of salt

 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Sea Bass Ceviche:

The first step in making our recipe is to pre-list all the ingredients that make up our sea bass ceviche.

Thaw the fish and cut into medium squares, take them to a bowl to start the ceviche recipe.

Add the juice of the lemons and let them marinate in it for about 20 minutes or as long as you consider, you will notice that the fish turns a white color as if it were cooking, this means the acid of the lemon is acting on the meat.

Add the red onion cut into feathers and the finely chopped cilantro once the marinating time has elapsed.

As something additional add spice to our ceviche. Spicy is not necessary but it is something characteristic of this dish and the amount you add depends on you.

Add the avocado in squares and salt when serving.

Decorate each of the sea bass ceviche dishes with two lettuce leaves as shown in the photograph.

Serve the fish ceviche decorating with toasted corn on top, in my country it is accompanied with green banana and gives an excellent combination with this dish. If you want more ceviche recipes and have any comments or concerns, write to us. Enjoy this delicious recipe !!!
